Ingredients of Mie Shirataki

  1. Prepare 1 Pack of Mie Shirataki Basah.
  2. It's of Untuk Protein: selera bisa seafood, daging sapi, telur atau ayam.
  3. It's 2 siung of bawang merah Cincang.
  4. You need 2 buah of cabe rawit atau sesuai selera pedasnya.
  5. You need 1 siung of bawang putih. Jika ukuran kecil 2 siung di cincang.
  6. It's of Sayuran sesuai selera dan secukupnya: Wortel, sawi, Tauge, dll.
  7. You need potong kecil of Tambahan Tomat, daun bawang dan seledri.
  8. Prepare 2 sdm of minyak goreng.
  9. Prepare Secukupnya of garam sesuai selera.
  10. It's 1 sdt of minyak wijen.
  11. It's 1 sdt of light soya/kecap asin.
  12. It's 1 sdt of kecap manis.
  13. You need of Yg suka Rayco/masako silakan ditambah sesuai selera. Aku skip.

Mie Shirataki instructions

  1. Cuci mie shirataki basah dg air panas/dingin. Lalu tiriskan.
  2. Panaskan wajan, masukkan minyak goreng, tumis cincangan bawang putih dan bawang merah sampai harum.
  3. Masukkan: daging/ayam/seafood/bakso sesuai selera yg sudah dipotong kecil. Tumis sampe matang lalu masukkan sayur. Jika pakai telur. Telur dimasukkan setelah sayur layu agar tidak over cook.
  4. Masukkan Mie shirataki yg sdh ditiriskan..
  5. Masukkan bumbu-bumbu lain: garam, minyak wijen, lada. Yg kurang pedas bisa tambahkan saos pedas.
  6. Aduk hingga rata. Icip rasanya. Jika sudah sesuai matikan api. Mie siap dihidangkan .
